Edith Benisty brings over three decades of experience in nonprofit human services, having built her career from clinician to senior organizational leader. Most recently, serving as Senior Director of Early Intervention at Kennedy-Donovan Center in Attleboro, Massachusetts, Edith led a division of five early intervention programs, overseeing multidisciplinary teams while driving initiatives in quality, compliance, community partnerships, and organizational development.

Edith is passionate about building the people, systems, and community relationships that allow mission-driven organizations to thrive. She has a deep commitment to growing programs from the ground up, forging authentic community partnerships, and creating the infrastructure that supports lasting organizational change. As an elected Board Member and Conference Chairperson for the Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium, she has championed professional learning and advocacy across the Massachusetts early intervention community.

Now leveraging her leadership experience to support executives and organizations navigating growth and change, Edith brings a grounded, values-driven approach to organizational leadership — rooted in connection, integrity, and a belief that strong communities are built through authentic collaboration and shared purpose.
