A local Community Foundation had funding available to provide wellbeing support for nonprofit staff within their community organizations and wasn’t exactly sure how best to deploy it. TLS was able to offer a wide variety of topics that were tailored for all levels of staff and designed to engage participants in meaningful ways.
After offering a series of Wellbeing Webinars, the feedback was positive and most importantly, participants felt the focus on self-care and wellbeing met a critical need in an effective way.
