With over three decades of experience in human resource development, Lori Candela has been a valuable support to leaders and their teams in tackling large-scale change initiatives. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including banking, insurance, and healthcare. She specializes in coaching leaders and their teams, equipping them with the necessary skills to prepare for and manage the impacts of organizational change. Her primary focus revolves around guiding them through the human aspects of such changes and enhancing their ability to effectively engage with both internal and external clients during challenging times.

Lori’s contributions extend to designing, developing, and facilitating customized learning strategies and programs. These initiatives are aimed at empowering clients, enabling them to feel competent, confident, and at ease in approaching new beginnings, achieving their goals, and enhancing their communication and client-facing effectiveness skills.

Lori is the Immediate Past President of the Connecticut Chapter of the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of the Boston Facilitators Roundtable/Organizational Development Network and the Institute of Coaching, based at McLean, an Affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

Lori lives in Monroe, CT with her husband, their two dogs, two cats and a turtle named Myrtle.  She loves a day at the beach, a good book, musicals, travel adventures and spending time with her adult children and new granddaughter.
