Maureen Ross Gemme spent over three decades working in a corporate environment building her strengths in helping others with their communication skills, change management activities, team building, and leadership. She trains and coaches professionals who want to make a bigger impact at work.

As a personality expert, Maureen is passionate about helping clients own their gifts and embrace the differences in the diversity of others to build better relationships at work and in life. Since leaving her corporate job in 2013, she has trained over 3000 professionals in the classroom and online, from over 150 companies in non-profit, corporate, higher education, government agencies, manufacturing, healthcare, and finance.

Maureen lives with her husband in Windsor Locks, Connecticut with their black cat Jack. When not working, they actively volunteer in the recovery community, ride motorcycles, and often see their four grandkids who live just down the street.
