Shardé McGee

Experienced facilitator, State of Connecticut Judicial Branch CCSD

Shardé McGee has dedicated the last 15 years of her career to working with at-risk populations through aiding non-profit organizations and holding multiple judicial positions. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Shardé firmly believes that a focus on making a difference in the community can create meaningful opportunities for change.

Shardé’s experiences have led her to initiate cross-divisional collaborations, lead broad analysis of operational functions, and maintain a role as a transitional life coach for 12 years. Shardé has 7 years of experience creating and facilitating curriculums that help professionals increase efficiency, raise awareness to social issues, and advocate for victims. She is passionate about facilitating topics that will hopefully make an impact on cultural sensitivity in the workplace, safety in the community, the scope of trauma-informed approaches, and the need for self-care.

Shardé has a love for sports that keeps her on the field/court playing, and coaching girls basketball for ten years. Sharde lives in Hartford, Connecticut, where she enjoys cooking for her family and exploring new music.
