This session emphasizes the importance of translating organizational mission and values into staff behaviors, which form the basis of organizational culture.  There will be conversation regarding the organizational approach to ‘work-life balance’.  Special attention will be placed on how organizations may center their focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within their culture.  Finally, participants will be invited to create an action plan that will identify key steps to assist in creating an intentional culture.
