The TLS Leadership Forum™ is designed to support managers/supervisors in exploring the essence of ‘who they are’ and ‘how they are being’ as a leader.

Participants then take this insight and explore ‘what they are doing’ as a leader in terms of building relationships and communicating with others effectively.

In the forum, we discuss a broad overview of leadership qualities and skills, while taking a deeper look at some of the key aspects of becoming a successful leader. Participants in this forum are guided by certified coach trainers and supported by peer learners, in a highly interactive learning environment.

Participants can choose to participate in the forum via three options:

• Attend Only Day 1
• Attend Only Day 2
• Attend BOTH sessions

Day 1 topics:

On Day 1, we explore ‘who you are being’ as a leader. The focus is on self-awareness and a deeper understanding of what’s important to you as a leader.

Day 2 topics:

On Day 2, we explore ‘what you are doing’ as a leader. The focus is on building collaborative relationships with your team, colleagues, and supervisors.
