Yes, we definitely are. So, you probably received a request last week to fill out a survey for us, and we thought we would follow up today with a bit more information about why we’re asking and why we think it might matter. Right?

That’s right, and also what’s in it for you. So you know, if you do it with us. So, you know, really the why is… We – as coaches and as facilitators – we always want to be making sure that we are meeting the needs of our people, and so you know we have lots of different topics and lots of different formats, and so part of this is we want to create some new material and/or some new ways of delivering material, that can meet people’s needs both from a time perspective as well as from a budget perspective, right?

Yes, you know most of the folks we work with are in the nonprofit space or perhaps government agencies, municipalities. In other words, budgets are sometimes or maybe even often challenging, right? To sort of navigate and to make choices around, and we’re also hearing more and more and more from our client organizations that there’s this really fundamental recognition, whether it has to do with staff well-being, whether it has to do with developing leaders, emerging leaders, middle managers, you know, there’s just so much need in the communities that we serve. And to your point, we want to make sure that the way we’re offering our services actually helps, you know, meets the moment. And historically, we’ve pretty much done everything live, right? We’ve been either in the room with folks, or then after the pandemic, we got pretty comfortable being online and delivering virtual trainings, and we continue to do that, and have no intention of changing that. And we’re really curious about maybe some other delivery methods.

Yeah, we may try to follow up on some of the surveys with a quick conversation, just so we can really understand what the needs are, sort of some of the input or comments that may have been shared on the survey, and just as a thank you for taking the time to do that, we’ll put a raffle together, and you know perhaps if we get an abundance of responses, maybe we’ll do more than one of those thank you sessions.
